This one if you book in advanced, then cannot cancel. Then you GG already. You have to check with the tour operator do they allow refund anot.
Because all river traffic activities and tours will be suspended.
So, if I coming from Airport, will I be affected.
You will be affected for sure if you are staying near these places. But, from Airport you will be taking the RER B and have to change to the Metro to get to your destination.
Do add 20 mins - 30 mins of your travelling time, because the area around the river will be congested and Metros will be running slower as well.
Then I need to bring umbrella?
What are you thinking? If it is raining, then you bring lah. No rain, you bring for what.
How about rubber boots?
No need lah, unless you want to go catch fish.
Will my shopping for Chanel and LV be affected?
Nope, in fact the shopping mall may be crowded, because all human traffic diverted inland. So your Galeries Lafayette will be flooded - but with people.
